Shashi is a Partner of EY Vietnam, leading Technology Consulting team. He has more than 18 years of experience in IT industry, managing and delivering IT Projects & Programs from SME, Large Enterprises and Fortune 500 Companies.

He is a seasoned management consultant, business development leader on IT Strategy, Digital Strategy, IT Operating Model and IT Transformation Programs  for large enterprises in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Switzerland,  Indonesia, Myanmar, Viet Nam.

Highlights (in Vietnam): 2017 – present)

• Currently, leading the Smart Industrial Park Design and Implementation for a leading industrial Park Developer in Vietnam
• Led the Digital Strategy Development for the largest Oil Enterprise in Vietnam
• Implemented IBM SDN EDI interfacing for the Vietnamese OEM Automotive Manufacturer (coined as world record – completed in 6 weeks)
• Technology Program Director for setting up the Vietnamese CKD Car Manufacturing Plant (coined as fastest in the past 25 years)
• Technology Program Director for setting up the Vietnamese OEM Automotive Manufacturer (delivered ahead of schedule)
• Technology Program Director for setting up a Smart Devices Manufacturing Plant in Vietnam.
• Led the EA Setup Project for a leading FMCG / Dairy Manufacturer in Vietnam
• Successfully delivered the Digital Customer Experience transformation for one of the largest Retailer in Vietnam
• Successfully delivered the ITSM and ISO27001 standard for the largest motorcycle manufacturer in Vietnam and in the Region
• Successfully delivered  over 6 Tier-3 Data Centers setup projects in Vietnam
