| BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Duong Le Minh Duc is currently the Deputy Director of AI Business Center at FPT Smart Cloud. After graduating from the University of Portsmouth, he has gained tremendous experience in sales as well as partner enablement with giants such as Microsoft and Nvidia.

In his 3 years at FPT, he has built the foundation for developing the comprehensive Artificial Intelligence platform – FPT.AI. He is also a Digital Transformation expert for leading enterprises. Currently, many domestic and international firms are deploying FPT.AI solutions such as FPT AI Chat (Chatbot), FPT AI Engage (Voicebot), FPT AI Read, and FPT AI eKYC, including nearly 40 companies within Top VNR100 – Home Credit, TPBank, Vietcombank, Vietnam Airlines, SSI, Vietcombank, Honda, AIA…, serving 12+ million end-users.
