BIOGRAPHY

Peter De Boeck is a Partner with McKinsey & Company, where he started in 2003. Peter brings a broad range of experience to his clients on strategy development and large-scale company transformations for industrial companies, with a focus on functional excellence, organizational design, and growth.
He has also actively served global consumer goods clients, retail clients, industrial clients in mining, chemicals, paper and pulp and logistics as well as public sector clients.
Some recent illustrative projects that he led include:

  • Helped new CEO of a global mining company to develop and install a new organizational design aiming at fully professionalizing and harmonizing their sales and operations in 250+ locations
  • Supported the leadership team of a consumer goods player to develop an international expansion strategy and plan for their largest consumer brands
  • Assisted VP of Commercial and VP of Operations of a large global steel-wire manufacturer to install manufacturing and commercial excellence

Besides his client work, Peter has a vast interest and certified experience in executive
coaching. Peter has a MSc in Engineering from the University of Ghent, holds a Master
in Business Administration from the Vlerick School for Management (Dean’s list), and
holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD (Dean’s list).
